OFF TO PROVINCETOWN

Not long after getting back to LA I had to jump an a "RED EYE" to Boston and drive up to Provincetown, Mass. Suzanne & I have a condo there that we rent. Yes we are landlords and sometimes it can be a hassle but we love Ptown so we go with the flow. So to make a long story short we had great tenants that lived in the condo for 3 years. They left town,  so we had to get new renters. This is here the headaches began.... the first month we got the rent, 2nd month we had to track the down to pay the rent. It began apparent to us that this people where not going to pay so we made a deal with them that we would give them a free month if they got out by March 31st. Well everyday was a new excuse of why they still had not left. So on March 9th I got a call from our realtor telling me that it did not appear that they were leaving any time soon. After I hung up the phone I book a flight that night and has standing at the house with my realtors and two cops by noon the next day. Yeah I got the local police involved (gotta love small towns). Well by 5pm that night they were gone and we had our house back. It was all so surreal like an episode form "Cops" . It took me the next 3 days to clean and paint the place. But we have our house back. As it turned out the day I got to Ptown it was 70 and sunny. I got to see some old friends while I was there. So all's well that ends well as they say.
