So here is my plug for Silk Soy Milk. Not only am I producing a bunch of commercials for the product, but I am also a user. I use it in my cereal. Try it you might be surprised. I just tried the Chocolate flavored and it is sooooo good. If you are like me and like your chocolate fix, try a glass instead it has way less calories. For all you New Yorker's out there it also makes a great egg cream. Just mix with Seltzer.
Egg Cream Recipe:
1/2 cup of Silk Soy chocolate
1/2 cup bottled Seltzer
Pour 1/2 cup of Silk Soy milk in to a soda glass. Add seltzer or club soda to within 1 inch of the top of the glass; stir vigorously with a long spoon, this will cause it to become white and bubbly with a good head of foam.
Makes 1 serving.
